| Open Gym Notes | 24/7 open gym. plenty of equipment. gets crowded at peak hours (typical in nyc). private trainers training clients can sometimes get in the way. classes normally upstairs but not all day. tons of bars and plates and normal crossfit equipment. great for doing your own training and looking for a place to drop in and not worry about crossfit classes. |
