Workout Tracking & Gym Performance Leaderboard March 28, 2026 Latest
Workout Log
  • Full workout log pulled nightly from SugarWOD — browse every WOD your gym has programmed
  • Search workouts by movement name or title, filter by score type, and narrow by date range
  • "My Workouts" toggle shows only workouts you've scored
  • Each workout shows a live leaderboard broken out by RX+, RX, and Scaled
Gym Performance
  • Gym-wide performance leaderboard ranks athletes by average percentile across all scored workouts
  • Scale-aware ranking — RX+ and RX athletes always rank above scaled regardless of score value
  • Click any athlete to see their full workout-by-workout rank breakdown, podium finishes, and average rank
  • Attendance, RX Rate, and Consistency tabs give a complete picture of gym participation
  • Period selector (3 months / 6 months / All Time) and conditioning-only toggle
SugarWOD Sync
  • Link your SugarWOD account under Profile → My Scores to match your scores to your GymScouters account
  • Gym workouts and leaderboard scores sync automatically every night — no manual imports required
  • Personal Records tracked automatically — see your PRs on the My Scores page
Dashboard Filters, Map Filters & Data Cleanup March 22, 2026 Minor
Filters
  • Added city search to dashboard filters and map filters — type any city name to narrow results
  • State dropdown now shows only US states on both the dashboard and map filters
  • Map modal now has a full filter bar — state, country, city, programming, min score, and boolean toggles
  • Fixed dashboard "All Gyms" sort order — gyms with ratings always sort above unreviewed gyms
Data Cleanup
  • Normalized state abbreviations to full names (CA, CT, FL, MA, MN, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA)
  • Fixed country typos — Scottland → Scotland, South-Africa → South Africa, The Netherlands → Netherlands
  • Fixed misspelling — Conneticut → Connecticut
Performance
  • Gym dashboard now loads instantly — data streams in via AJAX instead of being rendered server-side
  • "All Gyms" view load time reduced from 20+ seconds to under 2 seconds
Map Popups
  • Map marker popups now display key gym stats as badges — rating, review count, CF Affiliate, programming, open gym, 24/7 access, and showers
  • Improved popup text contrast for easier readability
Community Forum & Gym Owner Claims March 20, 2026 Minor
Community Forum
  • New Community Forum — ask questions about any gym or CrossFit in general
  • Tag one or more gyms to a post; questions appear in the gym's Q&A section and the main forum
  • Mark the best answer as accepted — highlighted with a green border for easy scanning
  • Vote on posts and replies to surface the most useful content
  • Follow threads to get notified when new replies are posted
  • Post anonymously if you prefer not to attach your name
Gym Owner Claims
  • Gym owners can now claim their gym listing via the gym page
  • Approved owners receive a Verified Owner badge on their forum replies
  • Staff can review, approve, or reject claims from the owner dashboard
Permanently Closed Gyms
  • Staff can mark gyms as permanently closed — records are kept for history
  • Closed gyms show a prominent banner on their page and are hidden from the Find a Gym map
  • Closure status auto-detected from Google Places during enrichment
Notification Controls
  • Mute forum notifications per gym — stay an attendee or saver without inbox noise
  • Gym attendees and savers are notified when a new forum post is tagged to their gym

State & City Pages
  • Dedicated pages for every state and city (e.g. /gyms/texas/, /gyms/texas/austin/) with gym listings, ratings, and breadcrumbs
  • State pages include a sidebar linking to top cities within the state
  • Gyms sorted highest-rated first — unreviewed gyms fall to the bottom
Bug Fixes
  • Location pages now show all gyms in a city regardless of capitalisation differences in stored data
  • Favicon now correctly displayed in production
